General Provisions
These terms describe the delivery and payment procedures for orders placed in the MY.ORGANICS online store, operated by OOO BRUSHGROUPP (BRUSHGROUPP LLC). By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out below. We are committed to delivering your hair care products quickly, reliably and in the way that is most convenient for you.

Delivery Methods
We offer several delivery methods to choose from:
- CDEK — delivery to pickup points and courier delivery to your door.
- Russian Post — delivery to a post office and by courier.
- Showroom pickup — collect your order from our showroom in Moscow.
You can select the preferred delivery method during checkout.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across the entire territory of Russia. Orders are accepted and shipped to all regions of the country.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your region:
- Moscow and the Moscow Region — 1–2 business days.
- Other regions of Russia — 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are counted from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier and may vary slightly depending on the carrier's workload.
Delivery Cost
Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region and the weight of the parcel. Base rates are as follows:
- CDEK — from RUB 350.
- Russian Post — from RUB 300.
- Showroom pickup — free of charge.
Free delivery is available on orders of RUB 5,000 or more.
Payment Methods
Orders are paid online through the YooKassa service. The following payment options are available:
- Bank cards Mir, Visa, Mastercard.
- SBP (Faster Payments System).
When choosing showroom pickup, payment on collection is also possible.
Payment Security
The security of your payments is our priority. All transactions are processed through the secure YooKassa payment service.
Your bank card details are not stored by the seller: payment processing is handled by the payment provider in compliance with the PCI DSS security standard. Data is transmitted over a secure connection.
Receiving and Checking Your Order
When receiving your order, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the contents in the presence of the delivery staff or at the pickup point.
If you find damaged packaging, missing items or a discrepancy in the goods, please document it and contact us — we will resolve the issue promptly.
